Ordering

MENUS

Each month menus are created and made available on or around the 10th of the preceding month (i.e. January menus are available by December 10th). A paper copy is sent to the school for distribution to the families. Families log-in to our website for order placement or they can complete the paper form and return it to the school along with payment which will be forwarded to us.

DUE DATES

Order due dates depend on our administrative agreement with each school and can range from 1-5 days to make or change an order. At sites where servers are provided, same day orders may be accommodated in some situations. Contact us for specific information.

PRIVACY

In order to create an account on our website, you must supply some personal information. We do retain your contact and family information, but we do NOT retain ANY credit card information. Your information will not be sold in sum or in part to any outside source or used for any purpose other than for the process of order completion.

3. Prep – Cater Tots staff prepares your child’s lunch fresh each morning

• Cater Tots provides the school with a list of which children will eat and what they ordered

Cost

Freshly prepared, nutritious and enjoyable meals can be produced at reasonable rates. We diligently work with national and local wholesalers to ensure the highest quality at affordable prices. There are NO start-up costs. All the necessary equipment is provided by us to ensure the proper temperatures are maintained prior to service. Our equipment is stand-alone and does not require utilities or monitoring. There are NO delivery costs. Costs are based on your order, menu and service selections.
