Delivery Policy
Meals will be delivered in accordance with purchasing requests and payment.
Return / Refund Policy
No refunds or returns. Cancellation of orders must be made no later than 9 AM the
business day prior to delivery by contacting Catertots, Inc at 714/751-8500 or online for a full credit.
Sick cancellations received by the office by 8 AM the day of service will receive a 50% credit.
A credit will only be valid for use if issued by the office or if the parent cancels a pre-paid meal online.
Cater tots reserves the right to review all credits and reverse any credits issued for meals not paid for, or as a result of user misuse of the system.
Privacy
We respect the privacy of all our customers. We use your email address to notify you of changes and updates only. We assure you your address will not be made available to other companies. We maintain a high level of security to protect your privacy at all times.
Payment for service:
Parent accepts that they are liable for payment for any meal ordered on this site and delivered to the school.
Substitutions: When regular products are not available from suppliers, Cater Tots reserves the right to substitute with similar alternatives
Ingredients list : We have made every effort to ensure the accuracy of these lists. However, manufacturers change their formulas without notice and vendors make substitutions. For current information please contact us to discuss your individual needs.
